You may request a quote or booking via our website, email or phone. We reserve the right to accept, decline or alter service requests.

3. Customer Obligations

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information (site address, contact, access, etc.).

3.2 Access & Safety

You must ensure we have safe access to the service site and comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.

3.3 Permitted Use

You must use our website and services lawfully, and not abuse, hack, reverse engineer or misuse them.

4. Payment & Fees

4.1 Pricing

Fees for Services will be as quoted or agreed in writing. We may adjust pricing from time to time.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payments are due as per invoice terms (e.g. within 14 or 30 days). Late payments may incur interest or suspension of service.

4.3 Disputes & Deductions

If you dispute part of an invoice, you must notify us promptly and pay undisputed amounts. You may not withhold full payment improperly.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes

5.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel or reschedule service as per our cancellation policy. You may incur fees if cancellation is late.

5.2 Changes by Us

We may modify or delay services (e.g. due to weather, safety, materials). Where possible we’ll notify you and reschedule.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds (if any) will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law and our internal policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, text, and materials on this site or provided as part of services are our property (or licensed by us). You may not use, copy or republish them without permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

7.1 General Disclaimer

We provide Services “as is” and do not guarantee perfection or error-free operation in all circumstances.

7.2 Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude or limit liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant service.

7.3 Consumer Guarantees

These terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We will comply with all non-excludable statutory guarantees.

We or you may terminate the agreement at any time with reasonable notice, subject to fulfilling outstanding obligations.

We may immediately suspend or end services if you materially breach these terms (nonpayment, misuse, safety breach, etc.).

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Negotiation & Mediation

We will attempt to resolve disputes by discussion or mediation before formal steps.

10.2 Legal Remedies

If unresolved, either party may seek legal relief in courts. You agree that this agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales (or specify your state) in Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will have an updated effective date and will be posted on our site. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
